Dibo Gas (Pty) Ltd license number is W/2019/0147, according to the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No 120 of 1977), issued by the National Department of Energy, South Africa. Dibo Gas (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black-owned company with a Level 3 B-BBEE rating.
The sister company of Dibo Gas (Pty) Ltd, known as Basadzi Pele Management Consulting and Projects CC, was formed in 2005 by an energetic woman, Ms. B.S Mbokazi, working jointly together with Dibo Gas (Pty) Ltd, in order to provide a complete integrated one stop solution. The company renders services to SMME’s, Non-profit sector, Municipalities, Government departments. The company is registered with the following accredited bodies, namely CIPRO, SARS, Department of Labour, CIDB and NHBRC.
Dibo Gas (Pty) Ltd entered into formal mutual business collaboration with Europlaw Group Fund during September 2024. The Europlaw Group Fund was established during March 2021 between Europlaw, Conquérant Capital Limited, Forex Brief (Pty) Ltd, Tradefin International Ltd and highly professional skilled reputable individuals that already succeeded in their professional business careers.

Dibo Gas (Pty) Ltd became an official registered vendor of MBT Petroleum (Pty) Ltd, which provides the infrastructure and logistics for Dibo Gas (Pty) Ltd for deliveries throughout South Africa. Dibo Gas (Pty) Ltd also entered into another joint venture with Madala Projects (Pty) Ltd, with Whole License Number: W/2020/0002, establishing to be responsible for the Logistics Affairs of Dibo Gas (Pty) Ltd for the delivery of the product to the client itself. Madala Projects (Pty) Ltd has current supply agreements with Sasol and Engen.
